Overview

A key element of the proposal is public input. Early in the development of proposed master plans the public will have the opportunity to voice its desires and preferences for the Project Area through open input.

In all public forums the public will have the opportunity to share with developer candidates and their project teams their desires for how the project area should be redeveloped to create a community asset.

Key stakeholders in the area such as schools, government, and neighborhood associations will be invited to share their constituencies concerns and issues while interacting with the developer candidates in structured settings to provide public input. All community members will be provided an opportunity for public input through scheduled, well-publicized forums held in community activity centers.
