| The process for determining a master candidate developer involves identifying firms who wish to compete for the privilege and responsibility and that have the experience and financial capacity to execute over the long term to realize the vision for Orchard Downs redevelopment. Two firms entered into an agreement to prepare master development plans and submitted them on April 20, 2007. The University will own both plans and will eventually select one as a master developer.
